Use of Service

This application is provided for authorized business communication. You agree to use assigned SIP accounts, calling tools, and stored records only for lawful work purposes and according to your organization's internal policies.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account. Sharing access, bypassing call controls, or attempting to interfere with service availability is not permitted.

Call Usage and Records

Calls, call history, and related metadata may be stored for operational, billing, training, fraud prevention, compliance, and support purposes. Recording availability can depend on device and network conditions.

Service Availability

Voice quality, registration status, notifications, and call routing depend on internet connectivity, device permissions, SIP provider uptime, and operating system behavior. The service may be updated, suspended, or restricted when needed for maintenance or security.

Acceptable Conduct

You must not use the app to harass, spam, impersonate others, violate telecom regulations, or access data you are not authorized to view. Misuse may result in account suspension or loss of access.

Limitation

The app is provided on an as-available basis. While reasonable care may be taken to protect service reliability and data integrity, uninterrupted operation, perfect recording capture, or error-free delivery cannot be guaranteed on every device.
