Information Collected

The app may process your login identifier, SIP account details, call status, call history, customer numbers, network type, device model, and operational diagnostics needed to authenticate, place calls, and support the service.

How Data Is Used

Your information is used to sign you in, register SIP accounts, complete calls, store history, sync call outcomes, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability and security of the calling platform.

Call Recordings

When enabled, call recordings may be stored locally on the device and may also be referenced by synced call records. Recording behavior can vary by platform capabilities, permissions, and business policy.

Permissions

The app may request microphone, contacts, phone-state, notifications, and full-screen call permissions so it can provide calling, caller display, contact lookup, and incoming-call experiences.

Sharing and Retention

Operational data may be shared with authorized backend services and administrators who manage the communication system. Data may be retained for reporting, compliance, billing, dispute handling, and support according to organizational policy.

Security

Reasonable technical safeguards may be used to protect stored and transmitted information, but no software or network can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect devices, passwords, and access to recorded information.
